 MX-SHIELD Warranty Guarantee

At MX-SHIELD, we stand behind the quality and durability of every motocross cover we make. That’s why we offer a one-year limited warranty on all MX-SHIELD covers, starting from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:
This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use. If your cover fails due to a manufacturing defect—such as seams coming apart, faulty zippers, or material breakdown—we’ll repair it or replace it at no cost to you.

What’s Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, failure to use bungees during highway travel in open trailer, commercial use, or normal wear and tear (including fading, minor scuffs, or stains). It also excludes damage resulting from modifications or exposure to harsh chemicals. 

How to File a Claim:
If you believe your cover is eligible under warranty, email us at support@mx-shield.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We'll review your claim and respond within 5 business days.

Our Commitment:
We’re a motocross family ourselves, and we built MX-SHIELD to protect what you ride and love. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your MX-SHIELD cover. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s how returns work:

Standard Returns
Unused, non-customized MX-SHIELD covers may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, minus shipping costs. The item must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Custom Orders
Because custom covers are made just for you—with personalized names, numbers, colors, or logos—they are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a defect or error on our end.

How to Start a Return
Email support@mx-shield.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or we made a mistake.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll take care of it—either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
